We will definitely stay at sutton place when we return to chicago in the future!
we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, as well as the hotel itself. the staff at sutton place was very professional and helpful, and just as nice as can be. the room was very clean, and i must say, the water pressure in the shower was powerful! the only thing about our room that even in the slightest dissatisfied me was the fact that there was not a coffee maker in there. aside from that, i would highly recommend sutton place to anyone.
Great location and lovely view
We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and we splurged for a lake view on a high floor and worth it! Also the staff was incredibly friendly and the location perfect. We could walk to the lovely upscale shops and the lake and even to the new park and museum. But in an area that had a leafy neighborhood feeling. We will stay here when we come back to Chicago!
